When decisions take effect
332 When decisions take effect
(1) Notice of a decision under this part
about a student must be given to the student under the section under which the
decision is made.
(2) A decision takes effect— (a) if the student must be
told about the decision—on the day the student is told about the decision;
or
(b) otherwise—on the day the student is given notice of the decision or
a later day stated in the notice.
