EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 328

328 Definitions for div 9

In this division—


"parent" , of a child, includes a person standing in the place of a parent of the child on a temporary basis.


"student" includes—

(a) an excluded person; or

(b) a person whose enrolment at a State school has been cancelled under division 8 .
