(1) The chief executive may, under
this division, exclude a student from certain State schools, or all State
schools, if the chief executive is reasonably satisfied a ground exists for
the exclusion.
(2) The chief executive may act under this division whether or
not the student has already been suspended or excluded under this part.
(3)
In this division, a reference to exclusion is a reference to exclusion of a
student in exercise of the power under subsection (1) .
