Chief executive may give information to police commissioner
280B Chief executive may give information to police commissioner
(1) The
chief executive may, for this division, give the police commissioner— (a)
information about whether a person is a student of a State school; and
(b)
the name of the person and other identifying information about the person,
including the person’s date and place of birth and any alias.
(2)
Information given to the police commissioner under subsection (1) must only be
used for this division.
