(1) The chief executive may, in granting an
application for the registration of a child for home education, decide to
impose conditions on the registration that are relevant and reasonable.
(2)
If the chief executive decides to impose conditions on the registration, the
chief executive must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information
notice about the decision.
