(1) If the chief executive
decides to grant an application for the registration of a child for home
education, the chief executive must as soon as practicable issue a certificate
of registration, for the child, to the applicant.
(2) If the chief executive
decides to refuse to grant an application for the registration of a child for
home education, the chief executive must as soon as practicable give the
applicant an information notice about the decision.
