(1) A person may, by notice given to the chief
executive, withdraw the person’s application for the registration of a child
for home education.
(2) If, under subsection (1) , a person withdraws the
person’s application for the registration of a child for home education, the
child’s provisional registration for home education under section 212is
cancelled.
