175G Requirement for police commissioner to give information about criminal
history
(1) The police commissioner must comply with a request made under
part 3 .
(2) However, subsection (1) applies only in relation to information
in the police commissioner’s possession or to which the commissioner has
access.
(3) To remove any doubt, it is declared that, despite the
Youth Justice Act 1992, part 9 , the police commissioner may disclose
information to which that part applies to a person when complying with a
request made by the person under part 3 .
