However, a person’s membership of an association is renewable each year at
the annual general meeting of the association.
(4) A person who is refused
membership of an association may make a submission to the Minister about the
refusal, and apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of
the decision to refuse membership, as if the person had been a member of the
association and been removed from the association.
