(1) The president of an association must preside at all association meetings
at which the president is present.
(2) If the president is absent from an
association meeting, but a vice-president of the association is present, a
vice-president nominated and confirmed by majority vote at the meeting must
preside.
(3) If neither the president or a vice-president is present at an
association meeting or the offices are vacant, an association member chosen by
the members present must preside.
