EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 125

125 Executive committee

(1) There is an executive committee of an association.

(2) The executive committee consists of the following persons—

(a) the president of the association;

(b) the vice-president, or vice-presidents, of the association;

(c) the secretary of the association;

(d) the treasurer of the association.
