(a) a
school council is a public sector entity; and
(b) a member of the council is
a public official of the entity; and
(c) the chief executive is the chief
executive officer of the entity.
(3) For section 15 of the Act , the chief
executive must ensure a code of conduct is prepared that, after approval under
section 17 of the Act , applies to a school council.
(4) For section 23 of
the Act , a reference to the entity’s annual report is a reference to the
department’s annual report.
