Objectives set in policy must be reviewed every 5 years
78 Objectives set in policy must be reviewed every 5 years
(1) The Minister must review an environmental protection policy, to the extent
the policy sets an objective mentioned in section 77(2) , at least once—
(a) in the period of 5 years after the policy is made; and
(b) in each
subsequent 5-year period.
(2) A review must be started during a period
mentioned in subsection (1) and completed within 1 year.
