Continuation of exemption given under expired ch 11A, pt 2
776 Continuation of exemption given under expired ch 11A, pt 2
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the expiry of chapter 11A,
part 2, an exemption given under a declaration made under that part was in
effect.
(2) Despite the expiry of that part, the exemption continues to have
effect for the exemption period stated in the declaration.
