(1) A reference in an Act to a chapter 4 activity may, if the context permits,
be taken to be a reference to a prescribed ERA.
(2) A reference in an Act to
a development approval or registration certificate that is in effect for a
chapter 4 activity may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to
the environmental authority under section 677 or 680.
