Application to convert conditions of transitional authority to standard conditions
(1) The holder of a transitional authority may apply (a
"conversion application" ) to the administering authority to convert the
conditions of the transitional authority to the standard conditions for the
authority or relevant activity.
(2) Subsection (1) applies despite chapter 5,
part 7.
