Existing application for registration to carry out chapter 4 activity
668 Existing application for registration to carry out chapter 4 activity
(1) This section applies to an application under section 73D made before the
commencement that has not been decided at the commencement.
(2) The
application must be decided under the unamended Act.
(3) For subsection (2),
the unamended Act continues in effect as if it had not been amended by the
amending Act.
