(1) This section applies to an EIS submitted under section 47 before the day
this section commences, for which the chief executive has not made a decision
under section 49 on the day this section commences.
(2) The EIS must be
considered under this Act even though a fee has not been paid as required
under section 47(2) as in force immediately after the day this section
commences.
