In this part—
"commencement day" means the day this section commences.
"CSG amendment" , to an existing CSG authority, means an amendment relating to
managing coal seam gas water generated in connection with carrying out a
relevant CSG activity.
"existing CSG authority" means a coal seam gas environmental authority that
was in force immediately before the commencement day.
