What happens after a complaint is made
574I What happens after a complaint is made
(1) As soon as practicable after the chief executive receives a complaint, the
chief executive must consider and investigate the complaint.
(2) After
considering and investigating the complaint, the chief executive must
decide— (a) to accept the complaint for action under division 4 ; or
(b) to
not take action on the complaint under division 4 .
