Notice of decision
573 Notice of decision
(1) The chief executive must, within 10 business days after the decision is
made, give the applicant written notice of the decision.
(2) The notice
must— (a) if the decision is to approve the application—be accompanied by
a certificate of approval; and
(b) if the decision is to refuse the
application—state the reasons for the decision.
