ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 444B
Term of appointment444B Term of appointment
(1) The rehabilitation commissioner holds office for the term decided by the Governor in Council.
(2) However, the term can not be—(a) less than 1 year; or(b) more than 5 years.
(3) The rehabilitation commissioner may be reappointed.
