Voluntary amendment of site management plans
402 Voluntary amendment of site management plans
(1) This section applies if a person wants to amend a site management plan.
(2) Subdivisions 2 to 4 apply— (a) as if a reference in those subdivisions
to a draft site management plan were a reference to a draft amendment of a
site management plan; and
(b) with any other necessary changes.
