392 Making and consideration of submission
(1) The prescribed responsible person may, within the period stated in the
show cause notice, make a written submission to the administering authority
about why the action (the
"proposed action" ) stated in the show cause notice should not be taken.
(2)
The administering authority must consider a submission made by the prescribed
responsible person under subsection (1) .
