Grounds for including land in environmental management register371 Grounds for including land in environmental management register
The administering authority may record particulars of land in the environmental management register at any time if the authority—
(a) is satisfied a notifiable activity has been, or is being, carried out on the land; or
(b) is satisfied or suspects, on reasonable grounds, the land is contaminated land.
