ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 318K

318K Cancellation or suspension of registration

The chief executive may cancel or suspend a registration under this part if—

(a) a disqualifying event has happened for—

(i) the registered suitable operator or another person of whom the operator is partner; or

(ii) if the operator is a corporation—

(A) any of the corporation’s executive officers; or

(B) another corporation of which any of the corporation’s executive officers are, or have been, an executive officer; or

(b) the chief executive is satisfied the operator is not suitable to be registered as a suitable operator having regard to the operator’s environmental record.
