Application for decision about amount and form of financial assurance
309 Application for decision about amount and form of financial assurance
(1) This section applies if a condition requiring a holder to give a financial
assurance is imposed on an environmental authority.
(2) The holder may apply
to the administering authority for a decision about the amount and form of
financial assurance.
(3) The application must— (a) be in the approved form;
and
(b) include the information the administering authority reasonably
considers necessary to decide the application.
