Notice of decision
301 Notice of decision
(1) The administering authority must, within 5 business days after making the
ERC decision, give an information notice for the decision to— (a) the holder
of the environmental authority; and
(b) the scheme manager.
(2) The notice
must state— (a) the estimated rehabilitation cost for the resource activity;
and
(b) the period for which the ERC decision is in force.
