Requirements for final rehabilitation report264 Requirements for final rehabilitation report
A final rehabilitation report must—
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) include enough information to allow the administering authority to decide whether—(i) the conditions of the environmental authority have been complied with; and(ii) the land on which each relevant activity for the environmental authority has been carried out has been satisfactorily rehabilitated; and
(c) for an environmental authority other than for a resource activity, describe any ongoing environmental management needs for the land; and
(d) for an environmental authority for a resource activity, state details of—(i) the monitoring program and the results of monitoring rehabilitation indicators required under any condition of the environmental authority; and(ii) any consultation with affected owners and occupiers, members of the public, community groups, government agencies, and other bodies about any completion criteria for rehabilitation stated in the environmental authority; and
(e) include another matter prescribed under a regulation.
