(1) This section applies for an environmental authority or PRCP schedule for a
mining or petroleum activity.
(2) The administering authority may amend the
environmental authority or impose conditions on the PRCP schedule to ensure
compliance with conditions included in a determination made by the NNTT under
the Commonwealth Native Title Act, section 38(1) (c) .
(3) The
administering authority must give written notice of the amendment or
conditions to the holder of the environmental authority or PRCP schedule.
