"Environmental nuisance" is unreasonable interference or likely interference
with an environmental value caused by—
(a) aerosols, fumes, light, noise, odour, particles or smoke; or
(b) an unhealthy, offensive or unsightly condition because of contamination; or
(c) another way prescribed by regulation.
