146 Applicant responds to any information request
(1) If the applicant receives an information request from the administering
authority, the applicant must respond by giving the authority—
(a) all of
the information requested; or
(b) part of the information requested together
with a written notice asking the authority to proceed with the assessment of
the application; or
(c) a written notice—
(i) stating that the applicant
does not intend to supply any of the information requested; and
(ii) asking
the authority to proceed with the assessment of the application.
(2) Despite
subsection (1) , if the information request requires the applicant to provide
an EIS for the application under section 143(2) , the EIS process under
chapter 3 must be completed and the EIS provided.
(3) Also, despite
subsection (1) , if the information request requires the applicant to submit a
proposed PRC plan for the application under section 143A, a proposed PRC plan
complying with part 2 , division 3 must be submitted.
