Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If, under section 106, the Minister declares a seized thing to be forfeited to the State, the owner of it must pay the reasonable cost of seizing, holding and dealing with it under this Act.
(2) The Minister may recover an amount payable under this section as a debt payable to the State.
