EXPLOSIVES ACT 1999 - SECT 53

53 Authority needed to use explosives

(1) A person must not use an explosive unless the person holds an authority to use the explosive.

Maximum penalty--200 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an explosive prescribed under a regulation for this section.
