Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An authority holder who intends to bring an import explosive into the State must give to the chief inspector written notice in the approved form of--
(a) the intention; and
(b) the arrival in the State of the import explosive.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) An authority holder who intends to send an export explosive to another country must give to the chief inspector written notice of the intention in the approved form.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
