Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Before an employer employs someone to do something allowing the employee to have access to explosives, the employer must ensure, as far as practicable, the person is an appropriate person.
(2) A regulation may prescribe the minimum steps an employer must take to satisfy subsection (1).
(3) Failure to comply with this section may be a ground for suspending or cancelling an authority holder's authority.
