Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An authority holder may surrender the authority by written notice given to the chief inspector.
(2) The authority must accompany the notice.
(3) The surrender of an authority takes effect on the day the notice of surrender is given to the chief inspector or, if a later day of effect is stated in the notice, the later day.
