Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The holder of a suspended authority, or the former holder of a cancelled authority, must return the authority to the chief inspector within 14 days after the suspension or cancellation takes effect, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not returning it, or not returning it within that time.
Maximum penalty--200 penalty units.
(2) If a suspended authority is returned to the chief inspector, the chief inspector must return it to the authority holder at the end of the suspension period.
