Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A customer and a distribution entity may enter into a contract for the provision of customer connection services from the entity to the customer's premises on terms that are different from the standard connection contract terms under an industry code.
(2) Subsection (1) applies subject to sections 40DD, 40DE and 40DF.
