ELECTRICITY ACT 1994 - SECT 22

22 Electricity entities

(1) An electricity entity is an entity that is a participant in the electricity industry.

(2) The following entities are the participants in the electricity industry--

(a) generation entities;
(b) transmission entities;
(c) distribution entities;
(d) retail entities.
