Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The commission must conduct an election of a member or members of the Legislative Assembly if the Governor or the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly issues a writ to the commission in accordance with this division.
(2) The commission must conduct the election in accordance with the writ and the provisions of this part.
