Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registered officer of a registered political party must, within 7 days after each report date, notify the commission in the approved form whether or not an amendment has been made to the party's constitution since the last report date.
(2) If an amendment has been made, the registered officer must also give the commission--
(a) a copy of the amended constitution; and
(b) a summary of the amendments.
(3) In this section--
report date means 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year.
