Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An application may be made under this section to the commission for the amendment of the information, or the replacement of documents, in the register of political parties in relation to a registered political party.
(2) The application must be made in the form and way approved by the commission.
(3) The application must be made by--
(a) the party's registered officer; or
(b) if the application is to change the party's registered officer--the party's secretary.
(4) This part applies to an application under this section, subject to any necessary changes, as if it were an application for registration of a political party.
