Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The commission must, in accordance with this part, keep a register containing the names of, and other information and documents related to, political parties registered under this part.
(2) The commission must keep the register in the form and way that the commission considers appropriate.
(3) The register is called the register of political parties.
