Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The commission must, within 60 days after the end of the 30 days mentioned to in section 48(1)(b), publish a gazette notice stating that the State is redistributed into the electoral districts whose names and boundaries are set out in the notice.
(2) The names and boundaries set out in the notice are to be the same as those for the proposed electoral redistribution, incorporating any changes made under section 50.
(3) The commission may, at any time before publishing the notice, make public anything that it intends to publish in the notice.
