(2) An
instrument may be proved by the production of a document purporting to be a
copy of the instrument certified by the chief executive of the
issuing department.
(3) In this section—
"issuing department" , for an instrument of a lease or licence, means the
department dealing with matters about the provisions of the Act under which
the lease or licence was issued or continued in force and held.
