EVIDENCE ACT 1977 - SECT 21KH
21KH Recognition of witness identity protection certificates under corresponding laws
Sections 21H to 21KA and section 21KD apply, with any necessary changes, to a
corresponding witness identity protection certificate as if it were a witness
identity protection certificate given under section 21F.
