(a) a witness identity protection certificate
for an operative in relation to a proceeding is filed with a court; and
(b)
there is a jury in the proceeding; and
(c) the operative gives evidence.
(2)
The court must, unless it considers it inappropriate, direct the jury not to
give the operative’s evidence any more or less weight, or draw any adverse
inferences against the defendant or another party to the proceeding,
because—
(a) there is a witness identity protection certificate for the
operative; or
