Privilege against self-incrimination
10 Privilege against self-incrimination
(1) Nothing in this Act shall render any person compellable to answer any
question tending to criminate the person.
(2) However, in a criminal
proceeding where a person charged gives evidence, the person’s liability to
answer any such question shall be governed by section 15.
