Chief executive must impose interim bar on applicant
82 Chief executive must impose interim bar on applicant
(1) The chief executive must impose an interim bar on the applicant.
(2) The
chief executive imposes an interim bar by giving the applicant a notice that
states— (a) the interim bar is imposed on the applicant; and
(b) the reason
for imposing the interim bar; and
(c) the effect of the interim bar.
